Bible Bingo: An Act of Charity in Two Acts

and Late Nite Catechism featured

at the Royal George Theatre

Vicki Quade and Nuns4Fun Entertainment are proud to announce the 2017-18 season at the Royal George Theatre, featuring Bible Bingo: An Act of Charity in Two Acts, and Late Nite Catechism.

For the fifth year, Christmas Bingo will be the holiday show featured at the Royal George Theatre, starting November 24, for six weeks.

Bible Bingo is a comedy written by Vicki Quade about the Catholic culture of fundraising and bingo, featuring the character, Mrs. Mary Margaret O’Brien, a former nun who now heads a fictitious archdiocese fundraising department.

Now in its sixth year, the comedy started in 2011 and opened at the Royal George in November 2013.

The role is shared by four performers: Vicki Quade, Kathleen Puls Andrade, Liz Cloud, and Cheryl Roy.

In this interactive comedy, the parish needs money and Mrs. O’Brien is ready to help! Bring the two together and you have a night of bible trivia, audience interaction, improvised moments, and the funniest quiz about the Holy Family you’ve ever seen.

Late Nite Catechism is a Chicago institution, created in 1993 by Vicki Quade & Maripat Donovan. Now in its 24th year, it features the character, “Sister,” teaching class to the audience, which becomes a roomful of her “students.” Throughout the course of the play, she rewards audience members for correct answers with glow-in-the-dark rosaries and other fun prizes. Sister also punishes, so expect one or two students with their noses at the chalkboard!

The role of “Sister” is shared by Mary Zentmyer, Lisa Braatz, Liz Cloud, and Patricia Musker.

Go ahead…. resurrect your social life in a guaranteed night of divine entertainment!

More fun than Sodom and Gomorrah!!

So much fun, you’ll have to confess it!!!

Bible Bingo is on Fridays at 8 p.m. and Saturdays at 8 p.m.

Late Nite Catechism is on 5 p.m. Saturdays and 2 p.m. Sundays.
